Who we are
Grub is the training platform of a university ICPC competitive programming team. It is a non-commercial project run by team members.
What we store
- From Google sign-in: your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture.
- What you add yourself: display name, Codeforces handle, GitHub username.
- Your activity on Grub: submissions, progress, badges and content you write.
- A session record (a hashed random token, its timestamps and your browser's user agent).
We never receive or store your Google password or Google access tokens. We do not collect addresses, phone numbers or documents, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why
- Your Google account ID identifies you when you sign in.
- Your email is visible only to team coaches and admins, to find your account.
- Your display name, picture, role, team status and public handles appear on your profile.
Cookies
One essential cookie keeps you signed in (up to 30 days, or 7 days without activity). A second short-lived cookie protects the sign-in flow and is deleted right after.
Where it lives
Data is stored on our server in Brazil (Oracle Cloud, São Paulo). Encrypted backups are kept for 30 days on Cloudflare R2. The website is served by Vercel.
Your choices
You can edit your profile or delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deleting your account removes your profile, sessions, submissions, progress and badges. Problems and posts you authored stay published, credited to a “former member”.
